SUBCLASS 190 SKILLED-NOMINATED VISA

A permanent residence visa for skilled professionals/tradesmen who have demonstrated competency in their skilled work and in English.

You must be nominated by a State or Territory to apply.
Choose from one of the following 8 states/territories:

■ Queensland →

■ South Australia →

■ Tasmania →

■ Victoria →

■ Western Australia →

You are required to commit to living and working in the state or territory that nominates you for at least 2 years.

Eligibility

  • Be under 45 years old before the date of invitation to apply

  • Score at least 65 points on the Skillselect points test

  • Be invited to apply for the visa by the Australian
    government (via Skillselect system)

  • Achieve a successful skills assessment in your nominated occupation (which must be in the MLTSSL/STSOL/ROL occupations list

  • Have achieved Competent English level

  • Meet health requirement for you and all family members applying for the same visa.

  • Meet character requirement for you and all family members applying for the same visa.
